Auto Resolutions provide dispute resolutions for dealers, brokers, and customers, for regulated finance agreements on motor vehicles. We protect lenders and dealers from unreasonable consumer demands, whilst informing consumers of what the Consumer Rights they should expect from their supplier, and managing the process of getting disputes resolved amicably.

We work closely with all parties to create swift and compliant outcomes avoiding escalations via the lender or ultimately with The Financial Ombudsman Service.

Services can be provided on a monthly retainer, or a case by case basis.

With 25 years experience, and hundreds of cases considered every month, we resolve the vast majority of cases without the need to rely on costly legal support, or wait months for an ombudsman ruling. We also remove the stress of dealing with disputes as we contact the customer and lender on your behalf, and we seek to establish a framework for resolution on the same day it is raised, avoiding lengthy delays with unknown cost outcomes.
